On a Saturday morning at the end of November 2016 our Managing Director received an urgent call from a UK shipping company, who were requiring a critical repair to a Cam housing location on a main engine. Two technicians were contacted to attend the workshop and prepare milling equipment. Early on Sunday morning, the technicians travelled from our workshop in Rugby to the site in Sunderland to attend the vessel.
The technicians worked a day and night shift to complete the machining repair for first thing Monday morning. The Technical Director inspected and signed off the job, thanking our technicians for their quick response in addition to the quality of workmanship.
