Founded in 2001, In-Situ Machining Solutions (UK) Ltd was established to meet the growing global demand for specialist on site machining services, across multiple sectors. We’re based in central England, within the Midlands area, making us ideally situated for both UK and international clients, due to strong transport links and nearby international airports.

Our business revolves around quality, integrity, and our customers. We operate in accordance with internationally recognised management systems, including ISO 9001 for Quality Management, ISO 14001 for Environmental Management and ISO 45001 for Occupational Health and Safety Management.

Our client base covers multiple industries including Power Generation, Marine, Petrochemical, Steel, Mining & Machinery, Renewables, Defence, Transportation and a variety of process plants. Our specialist team of engineers regularly travel worldwide and are equipped to handle both planned and emergency projects using the latest portable machining equipment and machining techniques.

Our engineering & technical department bring extensive experience in the field, allowing us to design and manufacture special purpose machining tools and associated equipment to suit various projects. With a fully equipped workshop, we are able to produce in-house machine tools, jigs and fixtures to exact requirements that meet the needs of any on-site machining project. Our emphasis on quality is vital, given the level of precision required for the components we repair, such as turbo machinery, diesel engine components, alternators, and turbines.

We refurbish components to OEM standards and to the same working tolerances as produced during manufacture.
